Society today has lost touch with the ability to fantasize. "Beauty and
the Beast" is one of those stories that promotes dreaming because it
re-evaluates the realities of prejudice while at the same time building
on the foundation of love. In our efforts to analyze and judge, we've
lost the concept of trust and compassion. "B&B" allows us to dig down
and find those warm, fuzzy feelings that we've managed to bury. We can
feel good about dreaming again, but what we really need is to feel good
about ourselves. "B&B" promotes finding the good.
